Increase time before incoming calls go to voicemail

My phone is only ringing three times before going to voicemail.  Is it possible to double that?

Hello @dlr33,

Try this:

On your phone's keypad

First dial *#61# this will show you your voicemail forwarding number

Then dial *61*voicemail forwarding number**number of seconds#

The number of seconds must one of these numbers: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30

Press SEND.

Ring time:  Number of rings:
10 seconds3 or 4
20 seconds4 or 5
30 seconds5 or 6

I don’t see a way to code the space between two asterisks and I keep getting an invalid code message.

Hey @dlr33 do not use any spaces, I've updated the previous post.

Hmmm... still getting ‘Call forwarding Connection problem or invalid MMI code.’  I tried including the ‘+1647’ area, omitting the ‘+’ sign, and omitting the ‘1’.  I may have to call them.  Thanks for your assistance.

Strange, it always worked for me this is how the string looks when I dial it on my dialer *61*+16478399169**30# this also works *61*6478399169**30#

What is the make and model of the phone you are using?
