My phone is only ringing three times before going to voicemail. Is it possible to double that?

Hello @dlr33,
Try this:

Then dial *61*voicemail forwarding number**number of seconds#
The number of seconds must one of these numbers: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30
Press SEND.
Ring time: | Number of rings: |

I don’t see a way to code the space between two asterisks and I keep getting an invalid code message.

Hey @dlr33 do not use any spaces, I've updated the previous post.

Hmmm... still getting ‘Call forwarding Connection problem or invalid MMI code.’ I tried including the ‘+1647’ area, omitting the ‘+’ sign, and omitting the ‘1’. I may have to call them. Thanks for your assistance.

Hey did you figure out a solution?
June 2022
Hello Recoil669,
Welcome to the community!
I believe changing the number of rings can only be done by customer service (see here). Another community member posted a ring code you might try, however, that method doesn't appear to work for everyone. If that method doesn't work, the change would have to be done by customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
