Closure of one of the phone line on account

Hi community member,

Can anyone please guide on how to close a phone line on the account. I have 3 lines on same account and want to close one of it. I know calling the fido care works but is there another way?

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel a line through any self-serve methods only a Fido agent can do it. You will need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to assist you.
