Usually I paid online for renew.
This time I am very unhappy for Fido service.
On May 31 Fido made the auto payment for renew without asking if I want to renew or not
Secondly, event it already charge my money, my account balance still show I only have 0.55 cent

We're really sad to learn that you're not happy with your experience with us, it's definitely not what we want!
We'd need a bit more info though to understand what happened. Is your account prepaid or monthly? If it's prepaid, is it possible that you were previously registered to the Auto-Pay option? You can read more about Auto-Pay here.
If you're on Auto-Pay, it's normal that the payment passed automatically and if you no longer want it to be the case, you would need te un-register from it.
