Hello Fido , as a fairly new immigrant to Canada and getting your network as my first sim card, I am not happy with your services. I feel you guys need to do more to educate someone who is not familiar how Caanada mobile data plan works and offer the best possible option. Also what is your customer service number? I need to speak to someone to ask some questions.

Fido would be happy to educate you on any of their services and policy you just need to ask the questions as they would not know nor have the time to educate every customer on every aspect of their business, you can learn a lot by reading through some of the support documents and policies on
