I called customer service and had the data on my daughters phone turned off a couple of months ago (she kept going over).
They told me at that time to call back when I want to restore the data.
I called yesterday, was on the phone for 40 mins woth customer service. They could not help me, could not turn it back on and could not direct me how to myself online.
I've looked on the app and fido.ca, I can not figure out how. Please help!
If data was blocked as per your request then we need to remove the block on our end. Only customer care can do this and it must be requested by the account holder.
