I suspended my Fido mobile bill for 2 months before leave Canada for 2 months.
After 2 months, there is a 'Monthly Fees- Service Restoral' record on my first bill.
How do you calculate this fee?
According to my calculations, 1.45$ is charched per workday from the last day of the suspention to the billing date.
Is this true? OR how can I see how and why this amonut is charged?

Hello Mhtp,
Welcome to the community!
Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts. We would not know the details of your situation.
That said, as far as I am aware, the restoral fee is charged when services are suspended for non-payment (see here). I do understand you may have requested a temporary suspension. Fido does offer a temporary suspension for a reduced rate on eligible lines. To update, however, you should note that the suspension is now only available for a period of 1 to 6 months. It should also be noted that the monthly fee for the temporary suspension may have increased since that post.
Since the temporary suspension is a fixed monthly fee, I'm not sure how you are making your calculations.
If you would like to discuss your situation, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
