SOLVED!

Called Fido and discussed the issue with a representative.  It is a legit offer and they manage to address the issue.  I now have an extra 20gb added.  Thank you Fido/Rogers.

Hi dauph 

This real deal. I had to message fido chat app, told them that I cannot activate this offer via app , then tried the web version no work, I had tonmessage chat app again they told me that it takes 12 hours to show up. Then seen no update on usage info fido app. Had to message meta fido messenger agent, they told me the first agent placed my 20gb expiring at Sept 2024, this was corrected to 2026, and showed up in usage info section on app. So I would encourage you to use fido meta chat app. My current data is 130gb (50gb based on winback 2023 plus 30gb no expiry plus 30gb 24 month limit spring 2026 plus 30gb 24 month limit fall 2026) price $20 then reverts back to $30.

Same thing just happened to me in regards to "20GB of FREE EXTRA DATA every month for 24 months" in appreciation for my customer loyalty. Checked "My Offers" tab as SMS text advised, but not there or under any other tab.  Tried two different browsers on desktop PC, as well as app on phone. No luck.

I don't believe it as it's sourced directly from Fido.  These are txt messages that I have been accruing over the years.

Hi @Dauph , is there a reason you cannot claim the gift? Did you sign in to fido.ca and look for the offer? You may be able to look on the app to see if the offer is there.

Hi....

i too was offered the same free 20gb however the offer is not found in the app or via the webpage.  Is there a time delay between the actual Fido message and the availability of the offer?
