Fido Order not getting processed

Hello, I'm Christine. I ordered a SIM card 48 hours ago and it's still not getting approved. If it isn't approved by tommorow then I won't be able to pick it up as I'm leaving the area. If that happens is there a way to ship it or pick it up at another Fido store near another location?

If that should happen, you can pick up a new SIM card at any of our stores, which you can locate with this.

 

Can you clarify what you mean be approved please? Are you having trouble ordering it through our website?
