Not receiving Twitter verification code

I was using an app to block people on Twitter when I got locked out and it asked me to verify my identity withg my phone number.

I had already done that before so it wasn't a big deal, but since this was happening during the outage I never actually received anything.

It's been a few days since, and I try a couple times each day and I still am not receiving any text messages from Twitter. I've received some from friends over the weekend, so I know it's not entirely broken.

We apologize for the outage and I'm sorry to hear that you're still unable to receive your messages. Though we can confirm that the situation should now be resolved.

 

Have you had the chance to restart your phone since then?

 

Also, did you try reaching out to Twitter for assistance? They experienced an outage recently as well.
