Hi, I am unable to receive OTP from amazon or any message from Amazon. I called their support and they told me to ask Fido if you blocked msg from Amazon. Please help me, thank you

I am having the same problem. I can receive the OTP if I hit the button on my own, but that doesn't work since it needs the OTPs from Amazon Supports. 2 days ago it did not work out then yesterday, there was 6 messages came up at one time but they were all useless then. Amazon told me to call Fido and ask about them approving "short messages" since they are all get into spam folders or some kinds.
