Cancelation process

I have two lines with fido and they are both out of contract. Can anyone tell me what is the process for canceling the service for both of them? And do I have to pay anything?

@SHK7 if you want to keep your numbers and move it to another provider then you have to keep your Fido account active and port the numbers over to the new carrier, just tell your new carrier your numbers and that it is with Fido and they will do the rest. Once your numbers are ported over it will automatically cancle the Fido account and you will only be billed for the days that acount was still active after your billing cycle.

If you don't want to keep your numbers and just want to cancle altogether just call customer service and they will get it done for you again you will only be billed for the days the account was active after your billing cycle.

So I don't have call fido and tell them that I am leaving. And I don't have to give a 30 day notice as well. That's perfect. Thanks kapable-k.

Hey @SHK7

I'll send you a PM so we can talk about this in more detail!
