Been a Fido customer for over 27 years. Ahead of the Black Friday deals blitz I called Fido CS and attempted to get ahead of it and try to get a deal like the ones being offered to new customers. The deals tailored to me on my account were just not cutting it. The only "deals" would see my bill increase by over 30% for not that much more data. Meanwhile the first BF deals were much more appealing but I was not eligible. I was offered nothing much over the phone, even at one point offered a mere 3 GBs of data for slightly less than what I was paying now (and much less data than what I was getting). Well, I tried to stick it out with Fido, but I can't say it was reciprocated. I ported my number and switched providers. Don't bother calling, I don't want to waste any time listening to any disengenuous offers. Got a tremendous deal so don't bother....

i'm also a long time customer and its so hard talking to fido agents, i was hoping that as a loyal customer I can have a better deal than new customers
