Fido Ambassadors Team - real or not? (833) 378-5454

I just got a call from a number (833) 378-5454, it had the caller ID set to FIDO and they were claiming to have given me a special offer for being a loyal customer; I just wanted to know if this is legit or not. The agent on call gave me her name but I didn't get a reference number or anything, How can i verify this?

I just got the same call. I didn't answer. I wish Fido would answer this thread.

Hi @Daincarandang , I personally have not heard of an ambassador program, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I would be wary of unexpected calls from anyone. If they ask for personal information to verify your identity after them calling you,  be cautious. If it's the real deal, they would have all that information. I always ask for a number that I can call them back on or challenge their legitimacy. I know that sounds harsh, but these are the times we live in. Better safe than sorry.
