Bill adjustment take forever

Hi, I talked with live chat agents serveral times about my overcharged inaccurate billing, one agent promised that will be fixed in 2-3days ,another said 5-10 days . One month since then, nothing ever happen . I feel so dissappointed and frustrated ....

Why fido charge for third-party they send $194 bill extra I talk to fido but can't do anything then I decide cancelled my service with fido both line  move to different provider fido customer service  is useless

Resolved! Trouble Sending Pics by MMS on a OnePlus 6
