and find a way I have been offered an extra 5 GB for being a loyal customer when I tap through the app and on to the website there is no sign of this exclusive offers.

This is quite frustrating. Can you either remove this offer or allow me to take it up. Thank you

I am in the same situation.  If they can not honor and adhere to the exclusive offer fido/rogers need to own up to it. Be professional,  accountable,  and responsible for there actions. Take responsibility for your wrong doing fido,/rogers. Oh does everyone one know.  ROGERS TOOK OVER FIDO. I guess they got even worse. Almost impossible.

Fido/rogers refuses to honor any exclusive offers. Scam. I'm contacting prime minister Trudeau and John Horgan. Fraud.
