I have been treated like a bag of dirt. 6 hours on the phone today. 5 representatives, horrible unprofessional manager at fido today may 11,2021. Martree decided to disrespect and not help a 30 year loyal customer paying 4 phones . I upgraded my phone due to contract renewal time. S21 exclusive offer may2 2021. I spoke to Carol may 7th she apologized saw the offer for charger and buds to be sent with new s21. This was not honored. I'm disappointed with the poor service and zero loyalty for myself after 30 years. Also not honoring what was promised in offer. I have phone 2 weeks can not use it because fido can not document calls or honor loyalty customers. I am still waiting for s21 charger. I've been given run around 6 hours today. President of fido informed. Sad sad service
