New Exclusive Fido Offer??

Hi everybidy, 

I have a question. Fido suggested me a new exclusive plan but instead of writing Unlimited CanadaWide Minutes - in the new offer is writen Unlimited Canada min3 , then in more detail at the bottom of the page there are some explanations that I don't understand what actually means. I want to know if the new plan cover Canada wide call and text for free or not?
Is there anybody here that can help me?

  Welcome to the community!

  Perhaps this thread can answer part of your question. If I'm not mistaken, I think all of their plans (except for Tablet plan and some pre-paid plans) include Unlimited International text, picture, and video messages sent from Canada. Messages sent and/or received while outside of Canada would be considered roaming and may incur additional charges.
