I logged into my account (using a desktop browser) to see an Exclusive offer for a data plan upgrade. Upon clicking on the link, it leads me to a general upgrade section without the listed offer. Am I missing something here?

Hi there @srirachili ,did you try a different browser or try accessing the offer through the app? I have only checked my offers through the app so I am not sure if it's a pop up and maybe your browser is blocking pop ups. Otherwise, you may have to contact customer support to find out what your options are. Here are some ways of contacting Fido customer support.
