Did not get call back from Winback team member

I was looking for new plan and phone and I phoned for it, got someone from winback team on Jun 29, 2021 at 8:26 pm. My call lasted for 22 minutes and got disconnected somehow while the guy from winback was about to initiate porting my number. I phoned back on jun 30th, and after that too.After many trasfers between  reps, I was informed I will get phone call in 48 hours max and did not get call back. Everytime I call, I get a different response from everyone. I dont know what else I can do now as there is no help. If anyone can help me with this, kindly let me as its disappointing when I need to change my service provider asap.
