Cannot sign in, suspected Fraud with no way to change my password.

Hi, as the title says I cannot sign in to Fido today at all after suspecting I may be a victim of some kind of fraud where the scammer is attempting to take over my phone account and make charges to it and redirect messages and calls to their phone.  A "telemarketer" called and said they were offering a promotion and asked who my current provider was, and I replied with Fido.  They immediately said thankyou and hung up, as if that was all the info they needed.  I got suspicious and tried to sign in to my Fido account and when I couldn't sign in with my phone or computer on multiple browsers I realized I was likely being blocked.  Trying to sign in to Fido just shows a blank page with no way to sign in.  

 

So I tried to get a hold of Fido customer service, but there is no way to even chat with Jack about it without signing in.  The customer service redirects me to "Ask Jack" online or whatever its called and will prompt me to sign in in order to speak with someone.  Which of course, I can't sign in.  So I am stuck unable to change my password or to protect myself in any way right now.  I was thankfully able to sign in on this forum, so I'm hoping you will have a solution or way for me to contact you.   In the meantime for safety sake I went and locked my Visa that is attached to my account so at least they wont be able to charge my account for devices and such yet.  

 

Please help!

I don't have a twitter account or facebook.  When I call the customer service number there is no representative I can speak with,  it redirects me to the live chat as the only option, it texts me a link to "Ask Jack" the Live Chat that makes me log in, but I can't log in.
