I just noticed that my monthly billing got increased by without notice. I've looked in through all my emails from Fido since I've changed my plan with NO contract. There was absolutely NO email notification that saying it will be increased.. I have been using Fido sine 2004 with the same phone number. Whatever reason they charge me more money without notice is definitely NOT okay. Not about how much goes up, It's totally illegal to get customers money without letting people know. Fido ignored the customer's rights.

 It literally says on their terms and conditions that they must notify customers 30 days in written notice which did not happen.

You are correct that Fido must notify us of any changes and they do in fact they notify us at least 3 months in advance on our invoice so if your check the last 3 to 4 invoices before the price increase you would see the notice.
