Cancelling top up

Can't remove top up.  Been trying for a long time.

Can't remove it from online site, and texting cancel to 222 doesn't work.  Stop ripping me off.

It says:

"Hi, it's Fido: Sorry, your request didn't go through.  We're not sure what happened.  For more info you can reach us at https://fido.ca/contactus"

I ended up contacting someone directly online and after an hour they canceled the top up.

I also have no idea why I can't remove these add on's from the website directly.

What happens exactly when you text Cancel to 222 ?

Are you getting a error message?

 

Also, did you try to restart your phone to see if you can get a better result?
