Why does it say that I am not the account holder, even so I logged in with my email. I can pay the bill but I can't see the details.

Please let me know how can i make this my primary account.
I think when I got the FIDO plan the email address was incorrect.

Are you able to view the bills if you log in directly on Fido.ca?
If not, does it say you're not the account holder? To view the bills, you'll have to register with your e-mail and set up your profile as an account holder.
If this is done and you still cannot view the bills then please let us know and we can take a closer look at things!

In order to be able to re-register as the account holder online, we'd need to first disassociate your email address from your profile on our side. You'd then be able to re-register as the account holder with the same email address by following these steps:

When you created your account, do you remember if you selected that you were the account holder? If you didn't, we'll need to delete your profile so you can create a new one.
