Tried to change my credit card info at the Fido's website. It kept giving me "oh !!!! something is not working ....." for 30 mins. HELP !!!!

Can you please also confirm if you have a postpaid or a prepaid account?
I still can not change the credit card number, and I tried it with FF, Chrome, IE and Edge already. I have a prepaid account. Anyway, if it does not work at all, I just use a voucher instead.
