I am wanting the email or contact for the ombudsman to issue a formal complaint. Why is this so hard with Fido, any other phone company it is pretty easy to navigate on formal complaints.
I have tried thank you. Really wanting the contact i am asking for. Seems to be a secret at Fido.
You will only be referred to them once the proper escalation process had already been exhausted (see here).
