Expiring Fido Credit Card

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this...

My Fido credit card is expiring this month and I haven't received a new one. I moved a little while ago, so I'm thinking that could be why. Who do I need to contact to get a card sent to me with a new expiry date?

Thanks.

Hello Dbartlett,

  Welcome to the community!

I understand you may have the Fido credit card. However, I think the credit cards are provided by a separate financial institution, Rogers Bank. I believe you would need to contact their customer service to enquire whether a replacement card might have been sent to an old address. They should also be able to re-issue a replacement card if one had already been sent.

In addition, I don't believe the Fido credit card is offered anymore. As far as I am aware, Fido customers can avail of some of the benefits of the Rogers credit card. The exception being the 5 Roam Like Home days. Fido customers do not get similar free Fido Roam days (see here). If your Fido credit card is no longer available, that could be a reason a replacement might not have been sent. They may need to transfer your services to the Rogers Red card.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers
