Can't change address online

Hi, I can't change my address online (in my Fido account) as it won't detect the address that I enter. Can you please email me how best I can do this? Thank you.

Can you confirm the following information: 

1) Did you try multiple browsers to make the change?

2) Does the address include a new street or building? 

3) Are you the account holder?

I am having the same issue for my apartment buillding
