Add iPhone value pack

Trying to add iPhone value pack to one of our lines and can't do it through self serve. Toughest app I have ever used.

Also, the iPhone value pack gets automatically removed when you change your plan via self-service. And you can't get it back without a call or chat.

You can add a regular non-iPhone value pack online but you can't add an iPhone value pack on line. This was confirmed today with Fido.

Hi ScottyMC10, for some reason you have to add value packs with a Fido customer service rep. To add or cancel has to be with a representative.  I know this because I have had to do it when I needed the value pack to increase my voice mail messages. Try with live chat on the Fido website.

Just to clarify, value packs can only be added or removed online during a plan change.

If you aren't changing plan, customer service must do it
