Loyalty Department.

Enquired about adding data to plan.  Fido reps suggested going to loyalty department. 4 times I was forwarded to the loyalty department and 4 times I was cut off. Seems like an odd way of retaining customers. Have been with Fido since they first started, I guess that doesn't mean much. maybe tim eto finally look elsewhere.

Really sorry to hear about your experience, that's not definitely not what we want for our customers and we wouldn't want to see you leave because of this.
