I contacted fido regarding adding a 4th line to my account. The customer service employee was great however she didn't tell me about the $60 activation fee until she was done. She also didn't tell me if I did it myself online the activation fee wouldn't be charged. I'm really not happy at all. I have been a fido customer for years with multiple lines and have never been charged an activation fee. I have always been happy with fido up until today. Beware of fees because they don't tell you until it's too late.
