Accessing usage details

I'm a participant level 2

My present billing cycle is Jan 29 to Feb 28.

But I can not view my usage summary yet.

(I can only view from Dec 29 to Jan 28 right now).

 

It is terribly lagging behind !

Welcome to the community Very_Happy 

 

To access your usage details of the billing cycle that just passed, you'll have to wait until your invoice is available. It's usually released within 5-7 business days after your billing cycle is complete. In your case, your billing cycle just ended 2 days ago, so it's normal that your invoice (including your usage details for that time) isn't out yet. If you're registered to Online Billing, you'll receive an email notification once your invoice is available on Fido.ca!
