Hello,
I was waodnering if someone can point me in the right direction. I just noticed that none of my bi-weekly payments made through my back account are reflected on my Fido bill since the beginning of the year. First time having this issue, same setup for the past 3+ years.
On my banks transactions i see the payements had gone through(all reference numbers are present). Not sure whom i should reach out to for help, the bank or fido. I'm inclined to think fido but would like to confirm.
