hi, my fido internet connection keeps dropping every day. stalls for about 10 seconds then works. happens multiple times during the day.
my hardware version is: 2.0.10.36T6
is that the latest one?
how do i solve this issue? thanks.

I assume you've tried to shut the modem off an back on. If not, try it to see if there's any change.
