Multiple intermittent connection drops

I am experiencing multiple connection drops  on a daily basis.  Some are brief, lasting seconds, others last minutes, and some require me to recycle power to the modem.

This is very annoying.  How can it be fixed?

I've been having similar issues last few days in the L1C area code.

 

Did you end up speaking to tech supp and figuring it out?

Hello @Alex-O,

 

It would be best to contact Fido's internet technical department (1-888-236-FIDO (3436))  and they can help you troubleshoot the modem to see if you require a new modem.
