Home Internet slow after outage

Home internet is working very slow and intermittently cutting off after restored following outage. could Fido officials please confirm when are we expecting it to work as normal as before?Thank you.

No home internet - Day 3

This is day3 and I'm still left without home internet from Fido. I've restarted my modem many times over. How much longer do you need to fix this Fido? It's near impossible to get a hold of customer support over phone..so I'm left in the dark complet...
