I cancelled my home internrt and need to return the modem
I went tio fido store they saide they dont accept modemn returns anymore, call customer care
I called the lady on the other side kept telling me she needs to look into my account ,i am skling for procedure she waisted 15 minutes by saying wait i am looking at your account again and again and had no solution for me
