I have just moved into a basement unit, Fido customer service has put down my address wrong and instead, given my internet to the main floor unit. Called them since 3 days ago, still no answer, the router just sitting there flashing the useless lights. My patience is wearing thin with them.
Anyone has any solutions to reach them faster?
