I am paying for 150mbps service but I'm getting 5-6mbps speed in return. It is not a sudden drop but rather a very consistent extremely slow speed I've been getting. I'm getting really annoyed of this and seriously looking for alternate home internet...
I have just moved into a basement unit, Fido customer service has put down my address wrong and instead, given my internet to the main floor unit. Called them since 3 days ago, still no answer, the router just sitting there flashing the useless light...
