I have the highest speed internet package Fido has to offer: 150p Mbps. But everytime I do a speed test (even when I only have one device connected to the network) I can only get 20 to 20 Mbps download speed. This is even when I am very close to the router.
When Fido advertises for 150Mbps, I understand that does not exactly mean 150 Mbps throughput. But 20 to 30 Mbps is nothing but false advertising.
Plus, it keeps cutting off - very unstable for work zoom meetings.
Does anyone else out there have the same problem? If so we're you able to solve the issue and how?
