Unstable Connection

My connection has been unstable for about a month.  Having to reset the modem at least every 4 to 5 days. 

Dropping connection from all devices: laptop, firestick, S23 phone, roko.

Called tech support and was basically told that internet can be unstable.  

Modem is 5 plus year's old.  How do I get a new one?

Suggestions? 

Don't want the hassle of finding a new provider but leaning towards this .
