Fido home internet down from Jan18 2020

Fido home internet is down from 18jan 2020. Its 24 hr without internet service.

There is yellow light flashing and not turning to blue even after several restarts of modem.

need to get this fixed as soon as possible.

I see why you would be concerned about your Fido Internet service. This needs to be looked into ASAP.
