I have negative balance on the account wwith credit Fido will refund. I was on pre authorized payment using credit card. Will refund be sent to credit card or by cheque?
If by cheque, will it be sent to service address or my home address (which is different from service address)?

The refund will be sent out by cheque to the address on file, if you would like to have it sent to a different address then you need to notify Fido.
You can also request the refund be put back on the card the payment was taken from but you have to make the request before the cheque is sent out.
