How to remove canceled internet account from MyAccount profile

Hi ..  I would like to know. How I can delete my canceled internet account from "my account" of Fido. Its been there long time ago. More than two years. Why?

Hey @JAntonioT71! Here are the steps to follow to unlink an inactive account: 

Online Steps:

1. Sign into My Account.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under the Linked Accounts section, Unlink the account to remove.
4. Select Unlink this account to confirm.

Mobile Steps:

1. Sign into the My Account app.
2. Select More.
3. Select Profile & Settings and then Edit.
   • The customer will be redirected to fido.ca.
4. Under Account Settings, select Linked Accounts.
5. Unlink the account to remove.
6. Select Unlink this account to confirm.

Thank you very much. It was so annoying sign in every time and chose my active account. Wich one is my phone only.
