Stores do not deactivate internet accounts, but you can certainly reach out to us through Facebook/twitter for a quicker response, or these channels. We can also send you a private message here if you prefer.

You have the possibility to return the modem to certain stores, but the account must be deactivated through the customer care channels.
Did you call the store and they said they would cancel the account for you?
