I have been receiving calls from this number and they are saying it is from IOS department and they are calling all previous chatr customers and providing mobility deals for Fido and Rogers.can someone please confirm if this is a legit number or not?...

Resolved! Voicemail doen't work

Hello. According to my tariff package I have voice mail connected. But when someone calls me, it takes 5 rings and then goes off. Voice mail is not activated. Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?

Internet Charge

there is no reminder of when my internet price increased from $47 per month to $90 per month because I set up pre-authorized payment and Awful customer service!
