Hello @Kuper3431, are you using a device purchased from Fido? Is it possible you change the call forwarding at some point and now the calls do not go to voicemail? If you press and hold 1 does it go to your Fido voicemail? If not I would suggest contacting customer service and they can check your account and would be able to assist you further.
