Hi,
Yesterday I wanted to activate a new line online but the system gave me an error and so I contacted customer service by chat. Now I receive an email saying I need to pay 70$ activation fees. The reason I bought online is to avoid those fees. The agent didn't even transfer my phone number. I asked for an eSIM and now I see that they are sending that with Purolator. How do you ship that? I thought it will work the same day, that's why I asked for an eSIM. If I knew I had to pay so much to activate I could have gone to a store and had my number transferred and given a SIM card right away. The agent didn't tell me it will cost. I just contacted support because of the error on your site. Considering this, I was hoping I could get those fees cancelled since I did everything I could to buy online to avoid the fees, like it says on your site. Am I right? Thank you!
