So I started with Fido years ago. I went to a kiosk in orchard park mall kelowna bc,okanagan valley years ago. Due to me needing a lot of daytime minutes. Because I kept going over my plan, due to me using too many daytime minutes. So I chose Fido years and years ago. Anytime I had any issues or late payments. I would always get a hold of their fido Solutions or their credit department. I've been with several phone agencies and on top of that. Through the years their service has declined and their customer appreciation. I got an s22 ultra through the company and also Fido signal and reception is not good at all in bc. Through covid I had a tough time. so as of this year. I got behind on my bill and I did not work for 2 months. So now Fido has been taking me to collections for over $500. when I got a hold of them saying I couldn't make any payments for a bit. Do not go with this service do not ever go with Fido Rogers is much better.
