Did you know that you can check your account anytime on the go? The MyAccount app is pretty sweet; you can check your balance, pay your bill, view your monthly usage, manage your services, troubleshoot with DeviceAdvice… I could keep going but you’ll probably want to see for yourself.

Been missing out? Text MyAccount to 4811 and click the link to download the app and you’ll automatically be entered for a chance to win 1 of 5 Samsung Galaxy S6 devices. If you already have the app, also text MyAccount to 4811, click the link and open the app.

Could I have clearer instructions on how to enter the contest?  Do I have to send my phone number?  Do I put a star on the keypad before 4811? Please help.

hey @Cedarview, you simply need to text MyAccount to 4811. From there, follow the prompts to download the app

Do I need to urn on data?  sms or mms whatever that is?  Still having trouble.  Do I text through messages on my iPhone?

No data needed since it's just an SMS.

Also, make sure you write it in one word

That's correct You must text the word MyAccount (one word) to the number 4811

You'll just need to click on the link received to register.

Do we need to update the app to be entered into the contest? Or do we simply click on the link? I've read bad reviews about the update and I'd rather stick to the version I have.

Hey, I am kind of confused with this. I had texted "myaccount" to 4811. But I had already had the My Account app already downloaded. With the text am I signed up for the chance to win?
